The Telnet Client User is Automatically Disable in Windows 7 And Windows Vista Operating systems. By Default It Enable In Windows XP. To Enable The Telnet Client On Windows 7 And Vista. Follow The Steps Below.
Step 1 : Click On Start Button then Goto Control Panel.
Step 2 : Click on Switch On Classic View Option On Left Side Of the desktop.

Step 4 : Select Turn Windows Features On or off.
